Conrad Centennial Singapore - Oscar's
Oscar's is located at Temasek Boulevard, Conrad Centennial. Easily seen from suntec convention centre because it has a sidewalk terrace.Jazz Brunch. It is a western buffet with a twist of Asian food like laksa, rosted duck and some Japanese dishes. They serve variety of western dishes. Free flow of wines, martini and juices. They also make chicken-crocodile burger. They also give some gifts on special occasions (see the chocolate in the small picture in the lower right) and a mint after you dine. The buffet costs S$108. Outstanding service. Outstanding food.
The selections are:
Starters. Bread, caesar salad
Meat lovers. Sausages, chicken-croc burger, grilled pork, lamb stew, chicken (roast or braised), roasted duck.
Fish. Sashimi (tuna or salmon), steamed fish
Seafoods. Crabs, lobsters, shrimps
Desserts. Fruits (pineapple or red watermelon), tiramisu cake, lemon merrenge.
And a lot more.
