WaterCross (BeachCulture)

Beach Culture is located in Pasir Ris Beach Park.

I went to this place past 10pm and the ambiance was fantastic. To make the night complete it has a Filipino live band playing pop acoustic and alternative music. In addition, the servers are very approachable.

Beef Nachos. The beef nachos with bolognaise sauce is great for finger foods. It is served hot straight from oven, topped with mozarella cheese. single order is good for 2-4 persons. You may opt to request for salsa if available.

Jian Xiang Sarawak Kolo Mee

Kolo Mee is a signature dish in Sarawak. This is equivalent to the dry noodles in Singapore.

Char Siew Kolo Mee. In the picture is a char siew kolo mee at S$3.90 and comes with a soup separately. Though there are some other varieties of how they prepare kolo mee, with other ingridients like wanton, minced meat, etc... And prices varies too, and can go up to S$6.90. The noodle is great, nice and delicious.
The good after taste makes me finish the dish quickly. :)

Marvelous Cream

Marvelous Cream. Located in Raffles Link. This is the first overseas store outside of Japan which has shops in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Hiroshima etc. Marvelous Cream is the newest ice cream parlor French-Jap style selling ice cream and French parfaits for take-away only.

Rocky Road (junior). I ordered rocky road in a cone. As you can see in the picture (right hand side), the crew was preparing my ice cream. This costs S$4.95 + S$1 for the cone. She placed a scoop of ice cream on the icy bar, she pressed it, topped with brownies and marshmallow and smashed everything.... until a good mixture. The result looks good and taste delicious as well.

Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar

Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar is located in the basement of Raffles City Mall. This is different from the Shokudo Japanese pasta and pizza for this is kind of like the Marche and/or the V'illage.

Endamame. My favorite bean finger foods! Served hot! This costs S$4.00, and is good for 4 people. So damn good!

Bamboo Chicken Rice. This version of chicken rice is good... though I cannot finish all the rice... but it's worth it. This is $S3.80. Maybe good for 2.

Grilled Cod Fish Fillet. Good one for S$6-7. Nicely grilled. Grilled just right with all the flavors in-tacked.

Iced Japanese Matcha. So damn good... compared to green tea of starbucks and o cha cha... this is better than the rest. Taste like pure matcha! for S$2.90.

Salmon Omelet. Good omelet topped with fish chips or whatever it is over the mayo. This costs S$5-6.

IKEA

IKEA Restaurant and Cafe. Currently there are 2 branches of IKEA in Singapore. One around Queenstown and another in Tampines. They serve mainly the shoppers of IKEA home products.

Meatball Regular. This is just a meatballs with broccoli and potato or can be just broccoli upon request like what I had. This order costs S$6.50. Enjoy the taste of Swedish broccoli. The broccoli is topped with gravy and jam for the veggies.

Daim Cake. It’s made from an almondy biscuit batter that yields a thin cake. The cake is covered with chopped pieces of Daim candy (similar to Heath bars) and milk chocolate. This costs S$3.50.
It’s very sweet and rich.

TCC

The Coffee Connoisseur (TCC). Wide spread across the island. The branch in the picture is located in Clarke Quay. Nice view. Sitting and having coffee or whatever by the riverside.

Ti-rum-misu. Tiramisu cake topped with a nicely designed chocolate chip with a handful of biscuits. Presentation is nice.... and yummy!!

Potato Wedges. This potato or some call it chips comes with cheese dip. This set costs S$9.90 good 5 since there were five of us. It is a good finger foods during chit chat.

Macha Mambo. This drink is a mix of matcha green tea and vanilla. Macha is one of my favorite! Two thumbs up for this for me. This drink costs S$7.50 pretty pricey but it really taste good.

The ambiance gives the branch a perfect place to get coffee and desserts around Clarke Quay.

Ba Ku Teh

Ba Ku Teh food stalls are scattered in Singapore. The ba ku teh in the picture was taken along one of the stalls in Mohammed Sultan Rd., near Robertson Quay and UE square.

Ba Ku Teh. This is a local pork stew. Prepared with water, soya sauce, garlic and pork. Taste is okay... it's not that salty as what you will think of. Presentation wise it nice... it is served in a hotpot with burner. But do not expect much service in a hawker. I come to know this place from my friend Diovie, thanks for the dinner! :P IT costs S$40ish good for 4 -6 pax. But we finish it with 7pax.
