Top of the M Revolving Restaurant (Meritus Mandarin)
Where else?... Mandarin Meritus Orchard road opposite HMV. A costly French restaurant place to dine, but need to give a try to have a 360 degree view of Singapore business district. The way it revolves is not that smooth though, but I like the Filipino trios who sings there with guitar and oboe (you can request for a song too, next time ill request tagalog song).King Prawns. Two (2) jumbo king prawns flavored with sage as its base with garlic cream sauce. Deliciously good for S$54. They used rock salt to which made the taste good, tender and juicy.
Crepes Suzette. For dessert I had crepes with orange juice and and Grand Marnier, and was prepared fresh next to our table. It costs S$32 and it is topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. See the picture clip of the cook with pan on fire, cool.
