Marutama Ramen

Marutama Ra-men is located in Central Mall. Of all Japanese restaurant in Central, aside from Waraku this restaurant has a long queue especial ly during weekends.

Aka Ramen. This is brewed from seven different kinds of nuts (wow really??), with 3 chicken ball, toppings of some leaves, and a lemon. It cost S$15. It is presented nicely in a clean bowl. And... comparing the ramen in Japan it almost taste the same.

Kakuni or stewed pork belly well marinated in soya sauce, mirin and sugar. It costs S$7. It has good selection of pork belly that has little fat.

Iced Green Tea. Japanese dining of course will not be complete without green tea. This time its iced and costs S$2.5 in a tall sexy glass.
