Ohsumi

03-24/28, Cuppage Plaza, 5 Koek Road, Orchard Road, Singapore. Ohsumi is an authentic and reasonably priced place for Pork Shabushabu.

Shabu-shabu. A Japanese dish of thin slices of meat and vegetables cooked at table in a simmering pot of broth, then dipped into any of various.

Kuromatsu Set. A famous pork in Japan. These thin slices cooked well and fast in a minute in a boiling pot. This set costs S$45.

Beef. Beef from Kobe, Japan. This add-on costs S$38. Like the pork, just place this in a pot of boiling water and will get cooked in a minute. Dip it with the sauces and eat (yum yum! i like the peanut sauce!).
