Bishamon, Sapporo Ramen

Bishamon is a Japanese ramen house from Sapporo which has at the moment has two (2) outlet in Singapore: Great World City and in Raffles City (picture was taken in this branch).

Shio Ramen. I ordered shio ramen for S$12 plus a half boiled egg at S$1. It contains ramen (of course), lean pork meat, processed sea weeds, mushrooms and the soup that will make the taste. Ambiance is okay. Service is okay. Food is.... well if you have tasted the ramen in Japan then food is water with soup? But to be fair all in all it was good.

RATINGS
Food: 4/5
Service:3/5
Will I come back again?: Yes

Comments:
u have to try Santouka Ramen on Level 2 @ The Central. The soup is much more thicker and flavourful than Bishamon.
